• Manage Hang/Flat/Bulk Processing. Flat/Hang Distro. Hanger & Sensor sorting. • Oversee 120-300 Associates including 7 Leads. • Staff and set weekly goals for the departments. • Track and oversee our weekly supply purchases to ensure we stay under budget. • Coordinate with vendors on shipments of hangers for them to pre hang our merchandise. • Manage daily UPH and CPU goals for all my departments. ` • Work hand in hand with allocations, buyers and Ecom to ensure all important PO’s are processed first.
