-Directly communicated with customers to construct individually tailored messenger bags & accessories out of new & upcycled materials.
-Trained & managed other bag makers across hubs nationwide. 
-Repaired bags to exceed Chrome’s quality standards.
-Documented warranties & developed a tangible form to elevate the in-store repair process.
-Maintained inventory, stock room, & the customs work station. 
-Responsible for shipping product, providing tracking and communicating with customers.
-Lead bi-weekly conference calls with all domestic custom bag makers.
-Performed opening & closing procedures, in addition to making sales, acting as shift supervisor, & pulling reports. 
-Represented Chrome Industries and the customs program at the Outdoor Retailers Convention in Denver, CO.
