I was responsible for the copywriting on product pages, blogs, product packaging, and eblasts. I was also in charge of public relations where I communicated and created relationships with various tech media and curated press releases detailing new product launches.

During my time at ASI I gained great experience. I have written trend articles, case studies, product descriptions and press releases. I also interviewed distributors and suppliers, helped the preparation for our photo shoot by ordering clothes, shoes and accessories, as well as helped on set the day of. I have learned to work in a fast paced environment by meeting deadlines, staying organized and being detail oriented.

Attended a week long crash course for Business Journalism in New York City for the Dow Jones News Fund. Researched current events, wrote practice articles, met with various professionals in the industry, and learned the ins and outs of a business.

Blogging about the current trends in the fashion world, I was responsible for writing four articles a week for Friday and Sunday deadlines. Incorporating the format specific to blogging, and the use of hash tags, I developed the skills needed to master this form of social media and feel confident in it.
