I am currently employed at LePort Montessori Schools in the Business Manager role and have taken on various positions at this company over my past 7 years here. I am now interested in a career change while utilizing the skills I have acquired throughout my time at LePort!

•	In addition to the Administrative Director roles and responsibilities below:
•	Manages the campus’ Administrative Support and works alongside the Head of School to vigilantly serve our current and prospective parent community.
•	Leads all administrative and operational needs of the campus, including: prospective parent outreach, new enrollment processes, ongoing parent communication, scheduling, ordering, billing, and resolution of parent issues.
•	Monitors the compliance of campus operations under the Department of Social Services (DSS), prioritizing the importance of understanding and meticulously following policies and procedures.
•	Facilitates a variety of events to build strong community and maintain positive retention of the current enrolled families. 

•	Sustains 100% enrollment at one of the largest LePort Schools campuses in Irvine, while mentoring new hires and implementing training as a result.
•	Manages waitlist system in order to maximize enrollment, facilitating high conversion rates via coordinated campus tours.
•	Communicates with current families to address any issues by resolving questions and concerns with prompt and professional follow-up.

Administrative Director

•	Developed operational systems and procedures, ensuring proper implementation and efficient facilitation, while overseeing budgets and analyzing financial results.
•	Assessed hiring needs and coordinated training/onboarding of new staff.
•	Provided additional administrative support as needed, including promotional events.

Operations Coordinator

•	Networked with various schools and vendors to successfully operate as Event Manager for three highly successful OC Private School Fairs with up to 60 schools, 20 vendors and 1,500 attendees present.
•	Coordinated group meetings and managed key communications for this highly respected non-profit organization. 
•	Served as point of contact for all queries regarding the organization.

OCPSA Coordinator/Event Manager

•	Acted as the first assistant and office manager, directly supporting the CEO of LePort Schools.
•	Proposed, created and managed our financial aid system and aided in its promotion to all current and new families.
•	Created monthly newsletters for all LePort staff to create goodwill and community within our growing organization.
