Event Planner / Donor Relations

• Monitored and enforced program deadline dates, working with groups of 10 to 200+ to release space not needed in order to maximize hotel revenue
• Generated and distributed detailed resumes for department heads, which was used by all staff, including billing, special requests, banquet event orders, time of arrival and departure, specifically noting all VIP’s

Conference Services Manager

• Prepared and managed employee forms; pay rate, address change, referral bonuses, and efficiently managed scheduling
