• Partnered with adidas Senior Leadership to streamline the North America content creation process, finding over $500,000
savings for 2020 Q3 through production efficiencies.
• Created, sold-in and executed a re-branding of the US Brand Design Team. Implemented process changes to eliminate
bottlenecks, identified and filled talent gaps and created strategy and communication tools used to win multiple new accounts.
• Lead consistent cross-team check-ins to ensure maximization of team utilization.

•	Collaborated with the Brand Communications, Entertainment Marketing, Public Relations and Design teams to create the seasonal Training / Athletics US strategic playbook for Social, Digital, Retail and Event activations.  Managed strategy development, photoshoot and video planning, shot lists, on-site direction, select approval and toolkit creation.
•	Developed product-specific Brand Communication strategy campaigns with KPIs to drive brand awareness, increase sales and solidify adidas as the number one sports brand in the world.
•	Managed multiple production, creative and photo vendors to produce quality marketing assets.

Managed high-level Nike Global & North America Soccer, Nike Global Basketball, and Nike Sportswear marketing initiatives
($600K+ budgets) from the concept stage through premium retail and event executions.
