-Managed sewing contract factories in Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador and the Dominican Republic. Responsible for all offshore manufacturing, quality output with production budget for 100,000 dozens per week. 

-Managed 15 contractors simultaneously in different countries El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico and Dominican Republic.

-Transitioned manufacturing and systems from Russell brand styles to Fruit of the Loom and picked up new and more complex products starting with fleece products and progressing into sportswear and active wear.

-Strong knowledge of all aspects of apparel industry  working in pre-production & production, planning, cutting area, embroidery area, garments consumption, construction, costing, patterns, and supervision of employees.

-Extensive travel to Kentucky to the corporate office for meetings
