I was responsible for processing all payments for delivered product orders by entering all invoice payments into 3000 plus clients accounts, make electronic check deposits into company's bank account, and process all return material authorizations as well as non-inventory returns for customers. I assisted A/R, A/P, and Vendor Billing with data entry. I was the back-up receptionist for the company and relegated all incoming phone calls, company mail, assist looking up delivery/order/credit status for customers.

Processed and entered daily cash, check, and credit card payments to all parts and service payments placed on customer invoices. Prepared daily cash and check deposits to company's Modesto and Stockton branches. Back-up receptions and helped delegate incoming calls on the front desk switchboard while tendering invoice payments. Assist A/P and A/R with data entry.
