•Product Manager for SMU, past managing the entire product line life cycle from inquiry to development in mens, boys, womens and girls in all categories.
•Currently managing and developing for all SMU men’s, boys, kids and infant printable, speed to market programs, supplement injections and mainline destination programs for a total of 400-500 sku’s per season. 
•Responsible for PLM management including style set-up, BOM’s, cost sheets, uploading tech packs, digital asset, sample comments, approvals and catalog info.
•Handle the seasonal tee forcasting and buy for color & units per season.

•Partnered with Design and Merchandising, Develop and bring to market the most well executed and innovative printable / t-shirt ranges / offerings in the industry.
•Ensure product lines are brought to market in a quick and profitable manner.
•Developer for the destination product from start to finish as well as ran point on the customizable destination program for accounts.
•Worked closely with M&D to create Speed To Market & Supplements programs to inject into mainline.
•Participated in bi weekly inventory meetings, design reviews, product briefs, hand off’s and product touch base reviews.
•Managed and worked closely with the art team to ensure all product samples are executed correctly with emphasis on improving each garment from prototype to top of production sample.
•Acted as a sales liaison aligning with the VP’s/sales reps to ensure all product needs are met for key accounts such as: Tilly's, Buckle, Amazon, Macy's, Nordstrom,Arlies, TJ Maxx, Marshall's, Ross, Gordmans, Dillard's, etc.
•Help deplete over 300K of our tee inventory within the last 2 years as well as helped lower our tee inventory by 20% YOD.
•Increased sales within my categories 30% YOD from fiscal year 17 over 18. 

•Product developer for SMU mens, boys, kids, women and girls in all categories.
•Created tech packs, matrices and artwork pages.
•Traveled to accounts for product review as well as collaborating on new designs, including, potential fabrics, art, washes, programs, etc. 
•Communicated daily with suppliers on all aspects of product development.
•Developed and tracked product schedules to ensure timely delivery.
•Operated on a 45% margin and above & individually handled 200-300 styles per season.
•Coordinated with the pattern department and scheduled product fittings.
•Work closely with production team to ensure that styles are executed properly in bulk production.
•Perform multiple cost negotiation touch points to ensure we hit target margins. 
•Analyzing vendors for the best option for development depending on customer needs; to ensure the best cost & delivery.

Product Developer/SMU

•Graphic designer for SMU mens, boys, kids, women and girls in all categories.
•Created designs, sketches, tech packs, matrices and artwork pages.
•Developed color pallets, trims and labels.
•Worked closely with buyers from our head accounts to execute requests and needs.
•Coordinated and built strong working relationships with various buyers, accounts and departments including: sales, marketing, product development, design, production, retail and e comm.

Designer/SMU

•Designed the Fall 07 snow white collection for children’s apparel & accessories.
•Traveled to Europe & Asia for trend research and meetings with manufactures.
•Developed & created graphics, apparel, tech packs, BOM’s and cost sheets.
•Styled complete line for the video and photo shoots. 
•Worked closely with the design team to capture the essence of the brand.

Design / Product Development

•Assisted the Sr. Designer for the Juniors clothing line.
•Daily use in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
•Photographed clothing for fit analysis; made comments for fittings.
•Maintained trend books; organized trends according to categories and seasons.
•Researched current trend, styles, colors, to be used as inspiration for the upcoming seasons.
