•	Develop and document formal business policies, processes, and procedures for areas of IT, finance and business development

•	Manage volunteers and corresponding materials within the scope of educational and volunteer outreach programs under direction of the Education Program Sr. Manager
•	Develop, design (utilizing Microsoft InDesign), coordinate feedback, implement and evaluate Park wide (permanent and temporary) educational materials and programming in the areas of gardening, health, sustainability, citizen science, and stewardship
•	Train and lead staff  in Environmental Education programs and techniques
•	Represent the Park of San Francisco in community outreach events including conferences, tabling events, city council meetings, teachers night, and cultural activities
•	Lead groups of adults, kids, teens, and families in a myriad of educational and habitat restoration activities
