Project budget and management - Research and understand the Microsoft market to help achieve company vision of becoming a Microsoft partner. As part of the role I was responsible to understand the project requirements, prepare the documentation project charter, Project timelines and Project milestone. Design the architecture, Developing detailed plan to monitor and track project progress. Plan meeting with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate requirements, mentor the team with technical and functional queries. Prepare the BRD, FRD and SRS. Develop reports, diagrams and process maps. Manage the resources and assign day-to-day tasks. Make sure that all the requirements of the project are met as per the RTM.
