I have 5 years of office assistant administration, scheduling, and event coordination skills. My strongest skills are answering multi-line phone systems, computers including all Microsoft Office programs, data entry, filing, eBay and Paypal accounts, email, sales, processing orders and shipping, and scheduling appointments.

 I also have a background in art and spent five years designing items such as license plates, cell phone cases, and other items with custom hand-made Swarovski Crystal patterns. 

I have 5 years of Promotional Representative and Public Relations experience planning major events as an MC, Host, and Public Relations Officer. Currently, I work part-time as a Promotional Coordinator for Photonova Studios in Lake Forest handling the office administration, casting and recruiting of talent, scheduling photoshoots via email/phone/text, marketing, and event coordination. 

From February 2014 to March 2013, I was working as a legal assistant for a business and civil litigation law firm and developed legal secretary, paralegal, reception, and office administration skills pertaining to legal research and law practice in business law.

Responsibilities include setting up photo shoots, by arranging days, time, locations, pay rate, and themes for photo sets. Contacting and booking models through social media, emails, text/phone calls, Model Mayhem, and on location while scouting for talent. Duties also included office administration, makeup and hair touch-ups on models, taking photos, as well as editing using Adobe Photoshop.
