Finance Department

• Daily review QAD MRP Detail Report to avoid shortages due to Inventory variances
• Assist in work order review and research for Productions, will Issue, receipt, release and close WO as needed to correct Inventory Variances
• Spot Check BOM to make sure Component items is being consumed properly as required by the Parent item
• Create PO's for our Gold inventory as well due invoicing for our subsidiary
• Review daily Cycle Counts in all four of our Sites
• Send daily/weekly reporting on variances to the Execs
• In charge of setting up and Coordinating Weekly Refining Shipment and settlements of scrap material = $1Millon in value
• Perform Monthly Consignment reconciles & Smart Rebates
• Perform root cause analysis on variances and implement corrective action
• Perform inventory adjustments and inventory transfers in QAD
• Perform inventory reconciliation for all sites
• Review (QAD) transactional data for irregularities
• Assist with the monthly close and external audits
• Perform ad hoc inventory reporting

• Unloads and receive Miami & LA inbound trucks, check temperatures, count boxes.
• Tracks all arriving truck information (quantities received, quality of product, time of arrival, etc.) to ensure accurate information regarding product quality.
• Accurately sorts all third-party product for Kendal by grower.
• Maintains control of product received for inventory control purposes.
• Maintains control and report inventory aging to avoid internal shrink within the company.
• Receives Kendal boxes, accepts POs, print and paste labels from Web Flowers for Florexpo boxes
• Consolidates by product.
• Ensures all products moving to production are scanned out of inventory.

Receiver Night Shift/Part-Time

Buying Department

• Assis the Buyer with vendor and department related merchandise sourcing and sales forecasting and merchandise replenishment activities.
• Review DPR for planning and awareness of seasonal sales trends and adjust accordingly.
• Updated and monitor our 6-12 months rolling forecast spread sheets
• Utilize DRP & offline spreadsheets to justify ordering
• Manage flow of paperwork with QC, Logistics, Suppliers, Warehouses and Accounting & Vendors.
• Leverage Company consolidated buying power to ensure lowest cost to PriceSmart operating units.
• Maintain accurate vendor and item data in the AS400/JDE system and update as necessary.
• Maintain accurate cost and purchase maintenance.
• Ensure accurate "internal accruals" to ensure proper allocation of freight, DC and other "landed cost components" which impact merchandise cost at operating unit level.
• Create and manage merchandise order in line with inventory budgets.
• Place and track timely delivery of purchase orders with vendors.
• Track order status to make sure items make on-time delivery guidelines.
• Create a demand forecast and an inventory timeline through a collaborative planning process.
• Use and maintain inventory planning software as the primary forecasting tool.
• Review sales trends, research demand drivers, develop statistical forecasting and evaluate forecast results.

Inventory/Demand Analyst

•Properly organize warehouse to ensure all material is ready accessible, countable and identifiable

• Maintain inventory levels to ensure crews have material to meet their installation needs

• Maintain accurate inventory counts

• Minimize inventory loss, scrap, adjustments, and variance

• Interface with Supply Chain for material needs and crews for material demand

• Maintain auditable records: Packing slips, pick lists, close out Job orders and document paperwork

• Establish processes, procedures and/or organizations to achieve all metrics

• Use Great Plains to issue/receive material

• Periodically deliver materials to job sites

Warehouse Clerk

• My job consists of using Microsoft Dynamics AX, which is an Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, and with this, I did a wide range of things in the IC position.
• Trained a plethora of Stone employees on the forklift, on the AX system and the RF scanner functions
• Reported as finished product in AX for the Production team and adjusted the count accordingly so the order could be closed out
• Delegated task to the Warehouse clerk on what need to be done on a daily operation.
• Make BOM for products in the Small Brewery Department
• Was in charge of Modifying and closing any WO as needed for Production during the Weekend Shifts
• Make MFGs and POs
• Forecasted what needed to be in stock on are future production runs and coordinated that with distribution and 3rd party vendors
• Transacted and update inventory for are 3rd party inventory
• Unload and received different products in AX from Stone vendors
• Perform proper inspection, tagging, and identification of all incoming material during receipt.
• Conduct searches to locate products within the system and adjust records when there are discrepancies.
Take steps to correct and prevent discrepancies and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Arrange warehouse in an organized fashion efficient for finding, receiving and counting, including rearranging and inventory of bulk ingredients and other materials.
• Accurate inventory counts including records of all audits, counts and adjustments.
• Match Bill of Ladings (BOLs) and fill out master receiving and shipping logs.
• Responsible for analyzing and resolving any inventory issues that may arise.

Inventory Control Coordinator Swing/3rd Shifts

• My job consists of using Sage 100 which is an Enterprise resource planning (ERP) and with this I do a multitude of things in my position.
• Receive processes and check materials for correctness of requirements against the sales order. Bring materials to or from storage or work sites to designated area.
• Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
• Unload incoming material; perform daily cycle counts of inventory to maintain accurate inventory control.
• Keep track and issue out items from are stockroom to various departments.
• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
• Store, stack, palletize, rotate and consolidate items depending on their use, size, shape, quantity and special handling requirements.
• Operate dolly, pallet jack and forklift for loading and unloading supplies and equipment's.
• Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections; making operator repairs.
• Follow established departmental policies, procedures and objectives, continuous quality improvement of objectives and safety and environmental control standards of the company.

Material Handler/Forklift Driver/Swing Shift

• My job consists of receiving the dairy products from the milk processing plant that comes down a chain like conveyer and pull it across the diamond plate platform, where I assemble the containers and palletize it in the refrigerated warehouse on pallets according to specific type, size and category.
• Shrink wrap the pallets and load them up in the trucks or put them aside inside the box.
• I also Pump the drums of concentrated juice on every Wednesdays
• Assists machine operators with running the machine
• Sometimes assists with running the six-gallon machine
• Rotate the warehouse products daily and making sure the right product leaves the warehouse and consolidating the extra pallets throughout the three box frigid
• Use the forklift to restack up on wooden pallets and to bring down milk and juice cartons for production machine operators
• I also go to the Second warehouse to rotate the whole box while downloading the trailers to keep it organized for inventory.
• Filling out forms for the trailers for the load time and what's in them and taking product temp and writing down the reefer temp
• Using the yard dog to move empty trailers
