Hi, I’m Alyssa, a driven and passionate communications graduate from California State University, Fullerton, with a B.A. in Communications and a concentration in Public Relations. I'm eager to build a long-term career in the entertainment PR space, where I can combine my creativity, industry knowledge, and strong relationship-building skills. Most recently, I was an Influencer Marketing and Talent Gifting Trainee at R&amp;CPMK, where I gained hands-on experience during the busiest time of the year... award season. I supported the VIP team in securing fashion placements on A-list celebrities for major events such as the Grammys, Oscars, and Golden Globes. I also helped monitor media coverage and ensure client credits appeared in top-tier outlets like Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and ELLE. In addition, I contributed to influencer and talent research, product gifting, and campaign coordination. Previously, as a Public Relations Intern at KCMConnect, I deepened my experience in influencer marketing by coordinating invitations to high-profile gifting events and securing attendance from notable names through outreach to publicists, agents, and talent managers. I also supported media outreach for beauty and wellness clients, helping secure placements in emerging publications and through influencer campaigns. Freelance Photographer

As a trainee at R&CPMK, I supported high-level initiatives across celebrity, fashion, and lifestyle clients. I assisted with stylist outreach, showroom appointments, media monitoring, and placement tracking. I played an active role in GRAMMY Awards operations, guiding high-profile winners and their teams through press rooms.

I also helped manage designer inventory and coordinated celebrity placements for major award shows. My work included overseeing domestic and international gifting for brands like Barefoot Dreams and Alphapals, ensuring seamless delivery and tracking with talent and their teams. Additionally, I conducted research on talent and industry trends and contributed to creative brainstorms on client programs, gifting strategies, and outreach.

- Create compelling pitches for celebrities, influencers, and media outlets, highlighting client products and events. 
- Coordinate outreach and event invitations with influencers, celebrity managers, and agencies to enhance partnered brand visibility and client relationships.
- Manage RSVP lists and guest communications for events reaching over 200 million followers; organize updates and follow-ups to maximize attendance in correspondence with supervisor.
- Built and maintained targeted media lists of 10,000+ contacts, including agencies, editors, and influencers; conduct strategic outreach for PR gifting events on behalf of brands such as Ardell, POM Wonderful, Cymbiotika, and Elemis.
- Handle high-volume email communications with talent and agencies, ensuring prompt responses and assisting with press release drafts and client updates.
- Organize onboarding, tracked shipments, and updated contact information to ensure efficient brand and event support for KCM.
