•   Built and communicated store plans for window presentation, interior styling and propping to ensure consistent and flawless execution across all stores
•   Served as a role model to field teams by conducting in store workshops
•   Conceived seasonal styling, mannequin outfitting, and execution strategies
•   Authored and led execution of monthly window concept book, style guide and updates for 2 channels

Visual Presentation Manger

• Led, drove and inspired in-house Design team of 2 and external design team of 12 on product development to ensure product is brand appropriate and relevant in the marketplace

•   Responsible for all branding for company including, but no limited to, product designs, design and merchandising of showrooms, catalogs and websites
•   Conceived and created monthly design briefs for external Product Designers
•   Merchandised product line consisting of 150+ table, floor lamps and wall art

Creative Director

• Led, drove and inspired team of 6 to ensure visuals/merchandising were brand relevant and competitive in the marketplace in Retail, Outlet and Wholesale
• Guided and co-managed a team of 6 Corporate Visual Managers and 4 Regional Visual Managers
• Conceived, designed and implemented seasonal Wholesale apparel and accessory showrooms and trade shows by leading a team of 2 and vendors to create exceptional product presentations to drive the Wholesale division
• Managed visual budget of 1.075 M across 3 channels
• Responsible for overseeing the concept, design and execution of monthly windows, props and interior merchandising in Retail and Outlet
• Led team from conception to execution on visuals for Public Relations (PR) special events and Lucky Brand headquarter projects
• Developed strong partnerships with Executive Management teams (i.e.: Merchants, Planning and Allocation, Sourcing and Design teams) to ensure
strong point of view for Brand strategies
