I actively support the Sales Operations Coordinators by entering and tracking all inbound orders from the rep force as well as tracking and processing completed picks from the warehouse. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to, assisting the coordinators in identifying gaps in current processes, collaborating with other departments both within and external to sales operations, as well as deploying new processes that create efficiencies.

I helped increase Stussy’s online presence in the marketplace by solving customer inquiries in a complete and timely manner, resulting in higher volume of sales, and an increase in repeat customers.

Online Customer Service Lead

I managed and monitored the upkeep of the sales floor, window displays and presentation of the shop, highlighting the key items of every season. I allocated resources, coordinated, and co-produced in-store events that drew in new clientele and introduced new merchandise. I contributed to the web shop via blog posts, accounting of merchandise, web sales, and event postings. I increased the interest level of students in the art of tap and hip hop dance by 20%, coaching students as young as five years old through adults. I was solely responsible for the creative vision, execution, and finished product that was performed for audiences of 2,000+.
