Visual Merchandising Manager - Juniors

• Coordinates and develops communication for visual merchandising strategies, standards and Set tools.
• Responsible for all aspects of the Monthly floor set at “Set Store”. Including merchandising fixtures, coordinating floor moves and working with the appropriate teams on graphics and 3D elements.
• Partners with Divisional GMMs, Divisional Merchandise Managers, Buyers and Planning and Allocation to define opportunities, provide input with regard to evaluation and analysis of new merchandising programs in test stores and markets. Recommends appropriate action in response to these evaluations.
• Interprets and provides visual guidance on merchandise presentation objectives and merchandise assortments that enhance the look of the store and maximize the utilization of space by department.
• Assists in preparing internal planners and properties to support divisional objectives. Works with store design and suppliers to develop quality cost affordable cueing, and visual support elements.
• Partners with appropriate Property Development, Store Operations, IT, Merchandise and Services Associates to provide support for the development and production (specifications) of Visual Merchandising programs, guidelines and standards for assigned projects.

•	Manage, prepare, and ensure proper implementation of retail & wholesale visual documents    on a global level
•	Collaborate with Visual Management & Merchant Teams on window and product displays for wholesale & retail
•	Manage and prepare global store opening process
•	Collaborate with merchants and planning on product placement for both retail stores &        wholesale accounts.
•	Coordinate all global marketing and prop roll outs/initiatives
•	Create and communicate global visual standards
•	Assist in new fixture and display rollout process & execution

Visual Merchandiser

•	Responsible for setting up merchandise statements in the visual lab store that are compelling, easy for customers to understand, and easy for the stores to execute.
•	Responsible for documenting those statements in words and pictures and communicating them to our national chain of retail stores.
•	Set new product at local lab store.
•	Set marketing in store lab for corporate leadership review.
•	Photograph each merchandise program and set up templates on the computer.
•	Produce weekly communication & merchandising updates to the field.
•	Coordinate store signs with the Marketing department.
•	Coordinate merchandise samples and delivery dates with the merchants and the local lab store teams.
•	Assist in store visual training and communication to store ops.
•	Plan store teams for processes for local set-ups.
•	Manage computer files and facilitate visual process.

Visual Merchandising Coordinator

•	Partner with Director of Merchandising (boys playwear) to evolve brand vision.
•	Develop a seasonal strategy for layette/sleepwear categories that meet or exceed the businesses financial goals.
•	Keep up with product trends and historical sales data in order to manage in-season opportunities or risks.
•	Maintain awareness of competition relative to product value relationship and customer profitability.
•	Work with cross functional team within the Oshkosh Division to ensure strong teamwork.
