Responsible for Dept. Purchasing including creation and tracking of purchase Requisitions, BPO's
And credit card transactions
• Answer and screen incoming calls /Take and distribute messages
• Prepare weekly reports to clients, Chapel, Hakkasan and other
• Track daily expense and monthly purchase reconciliation reports
• Organize incoming and outgoing mail
• Order the necessary office supplies
• Maintain confidential files for all floral and Mansions employees
• Effectively communicate with the of any internal information and address any issues or needs
requested by guests and/or other employees
• Coordinate meetings and appointments
• Maintain all confidential hotel and guest information
• Maintain and pay all Invoices
• Provide administrative support to the Director and other members of Horticulture, Floral team

Buyer

• Social Media Marketing, (RTM) update in real time
• Execute established strategies and Maintain all Social Media outlets, Primarily YouTube, Facebook
Twitter
• Organize and execute all stations promotions, assist with the documentation process of all on-air
contesting
• Create and maintain promotions binder with On-Air staff and front desk
• Maintain winner files, and keep these records in the specific promotions files
• Send station information updates and Media Alert to contact list
• Regularly update stations internet sites including content information as requested by Promotions
Director
•	Maintain record of performance for all remotes and stations events
•	Answer and screen incoming calls
•	Coordinate all live Events
•	Handle and redirect customer inquiries
•	Manage all visitors

Promotions & Social Media Coordinator

• Responsible for managing the sales for 40+ national accounts.
• Coordinate all new releases Events
• Customer Service
• Administrative work
• Develop and maintain social media relationships with studios
• Daily communication with buyers to secure sales, positioning and market share.
• Oversee every aspect of each account from the initial solicitation to 2nd and 3rd phase of each project.
• Actively pursue new accounts; open and service them to become mature, lucrative accounts
• Work closely with Internet Advertising to integrate social media for all new releases
•	Sensitive handle confidential matters, including disciplinary proceedings and privileged
communications and records
