A&R Manager

• Manages and oversees day-to-day tasks for artists on management roster and coordinates the schedule for the Director of A&R 
• Assists with the planning and execution of performances and events for artists, responsibilities include sourcing venues, coordinating contracts, overseeing production and advancing the show 
• Works with booking agents for tour routing and confirming shows; coordinates with internal and external teams on album releases, video premieres and tour announcements 
• Manages finances for each artist, including project budgets, reconciliations, billing, and invoicing

- Consulted with talent, creatives, & upper management on image and marketing goals
- Coordinated promotional collateral content to increase brand identity & build awareness
• Oversaw all artist projects (album releases, marketing plans, and touring) across digital & physical platforms including leveraging video and advertising campaigns, & working with digital music & fashion partners to increase exposure.
• Planned & produced both artist & company events. This included live performances, album release parties, listening parties, & birthday parties for household musicians. 
• Worked in tandem with artists and booking agents on tour routing and confirming shows. 
• Managed financial aspects of each artist: project budgets, reconciliations, billing, invoicing.
• Strengthened the company brand by building relationships with agencies, promoters, music distribution partners, and merchandisers.
