Master of Social Entrepreneurship candidate with operations management, sales and customer service experience. Regional Team Competitor.  Challenge was focused on bringing quality early childhood education to the 10 million children, ages 0-6, living in Urban Slums. Participated in township field study pilot in Johannesburg, Africa. 

Indiegogo Online Campaign Competitor.  Planned and implemented a successful crowd-funding campaign that resulted in $53,000 funds raised. 

Hult Prize Impact Retreat 2015.  Invited to participate in a retreat in Ashridge, London hosted by CEO and Founder. Groups of change-makers spent three days engaged in inspiring talks and work sessions aimed to innovate and accelerate movements for social impact. Participated in IXL Center for Innovation,  Design Thinking workshop.

Regional Competitor

Managed internal workflow, vendor communication, quality control, and account processing and product ordering. Primary contact for department IT assistance. Operations Manager

Customer service operations. Responsible for marketing new and existing products. Aided department managers with decision-making. Carried out workflow activities within multiple departments and implemented systems to increase workflow efficiency.

Operations and Customer Service Assistant

Provide students information regarding ISV program and aid them through the application process. Host classroom announcements, small presentations, and social media advertisements to increase knowledge of ISV on campus. Leverage personal ISV volunteer experience to provide further information to interested students.

Responsible for providing customer support and sales knowledge. Assisted Purchasing Manager with ordering, inventory control, and merchandising. Accompanied management to multiple swim trade shows to view and purchase seasonal swimwear lines directly from venders, keeping in mind budget, quantity, and demand.
