Manages the day to day functions of the Factory and GBG divisions. Responsible for all product categories  from development all the way to Top of Production. Works closely with design and buying teams to carry out overall fit intent and GUESS? standards. Works in liasion with production teams to ensure all delivery deadlines are met. 

Managed the day to day of the technical design team
Lead all fittings on a live fit model 
Developed processes and guidelines to streamline fit production process
Worked cohesively with Senior Production Manager to to ensure quality of goods and deadlines were met.
Provided advice and direction for fit and pattern corrections to associate and assistant tech designers
Responsible for managing T&A calendar 
Traveled to China to visit factories/offices to discuss how to constantly improve fit production issues

Lead all fittings for Search for Sanity division 
Lead all fittings for Private label accounts 
Managed production pattern makers and sewers
Email correspondence with overseas and domestic vendors regarding fit, quality and pattern corrections
Created Tech Packs inclusive of bill of materials, POM, and target specs
