Starting with a non-existent marketing budget & stifled by legal restrictions, I transformed
this startup from an unknown into a powerhouse
I hustled to build the brilliant team & program that sets the standard for Medical Clinics
in Utah. Through our evolution, I led multiple departments - from HR and Marketing to
Operations. In addition to our UTTHC brand, I oversaw brand & marketing strategy for Kindly MD, UtahMarijuana.org, Discover Marijuana & Uplift patient subsidy sub-brands.

CHIEF COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

I crafted core messaging for our platform & products out of industry & demographic
research, validating hunches through focus groups, user testing, and analytics. During
my time with this creative crowd, I regularly implemented cross-functional process
improvements and oversaw large-scale campaigns & international product launches.

Using creative content, humor, supporting collateral & strategic outcomes, I rolled out
a multi-phase consultant training. Focusing primarily on adoption, we reinforced initial
learnings with internal drip-marketing campaigns & incentive programs. I also created
keynote presentations & coached on brand voice for leadership.

INTERNAL COMM STRATEGIST

I dove into the startup sphere primed to establish an authentic brand voice & a robust
SEO/marketing strategy to cut through noise in the B2B FinTech space. I led my team to transform stale, tech-heavy communication into engaging marketing materials, industry
articles, press releases & an education-focused website.

HEAD OF MARKETING

I invigorated their long-established brand with a fresh voice - igniting the spark of their
cult following into an inferno. I developed & implemented a brand-focused content & keyword strategy, all while managing a massive Demandware build. I collaborated with a
small-but-brilliant team of coordinators, writers, chefs, videographers, and designers.
