o Establish and maintain all calendars from design concept to production for Cloak Brand.
o Produce and ship 1.5M-4M dollars in soft goods production monthly in Ecom business
o Develop and track licensed collaborations with Brand Influences and Gaming Talent. 
o  Sourcing, development and production for apparel, accessories, home goods.
o Purchasing blanks and negotiating cost, working on new blank product for select categories.  



Sr. Production Manager

o Design and create tech packs for bags and car accessories (duffels, custom Jeep bags, sun visors). 
o Design face masks and neck gaiters for domestic production. 
o Upload products to Shopify website for online sales.  Maintain images and update website data as necessary.
o Data analysis of missed sales on website due to missing pattern availability for potential sales growth. 


Freelance - Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Production

o Establish and maintain all calendars from design concept to production for printables and cut and sew.
o Maintain blank inventory and forecast projection volume on all printable product. Process includes working with planners and buyer on historical sales and projected plan for upcoming seasons.
o Sourcing, development and production for private label including all WIP movement.
o Purchasing blanks and negotiating cost, working on new blank product for select categories.
o Creating tech packs for new development, updating the pages.
o Spec development samples for fittings.
o Updating Illustrator art files for new colorways and minor art revisions
o Press check and approve strike offs and for all production.
o Managing all standard quality testing including compliance for CPSIA and Prop 65.

Production Coordinator/Planning/Purchasing

o   Create and maintain production orders for NEFF Headwear.
o   Sourcing, development and production for all SMU products including proto and strike approvals.
o   Facilitate the approval process with Licensed products (Disney, Marvel, Nickelodeon, etc.)
o   Managing all standard quality testing including compliance for CPSIA and Prop 65.

Production Manager

o Create and maintain production orders for Billabong, Element, and RVCA Bottoms for Mens, Womens, Girls,
Boys and Kids. Maintain WIP tracking reports for all brands.
o Create and maintain production orders for Honolua for all categories. Maintain WIP for all categories.
o Analyze open order reports to establish Air/Sea splits shipments to ensure all production orders arrive on time to meet customer ship windows.
o Review costing for probability to ensure product remains within brand target margins.
o Responsible for managing all standard quality testing including compliance for CPSIA and Prop 65.

Production Specialist

o Establish and maintain all calendars from design concept to product end of life for soft goods (bags, sleeves, folios, backpacks, and duffels) and hard goods (phone cases, MacBook cases, armbands, Apple watchbands).
o Communicate with Design, Development, Production, Sales, Marketing, and Senior Management on all
potential challenges through product processes.
o Create Product Master of 700+ products allowing clear communication on the complete Incase products.
o Develop product from Design to Production (bags, sleeves, backpacks, duffels, luggage, tech outerwear).
o Negotiate cost and troubleshoot potential Production issues with development and factories.
o Responsible for managing all quality testing including compliance for CPSIA, REACH, and Prop65.
o Travel to Asia working directly with factories on Development, Sourcing and Production.

Product Development / Program Manager

o Oversee all aspects of Production on the complete line of Mens, Juniors, and Youth products including
Outerwear, Casual Knits, Wovens, Cut and Sew Fleece, Printable Fleece and Tees, Headwear, and Axs.
o Establish Design, Development and Production calendar for all categories. Insure that Design and Development stay on calendar and that delivery of salesmen samples and production meet deadlines.
o Work with Sales and Marketing on all projected needs. Review all pre-books and create buy plans for all
categories. Place all SMS and Production buys. Maintain delivery on all buys.
o Provide target costing to Design and Development for all product. Negotiate and confirm pricing in all product
categories to achieve the company's goals for gross margin and profitability.
o Provide sourcing options to teams for all product lines including textiles, trims, and full package vendors.
Secure inventory levels and negotiate cost with blank mills for Printable Fleece and Tees. Provide trending blank
options for complete printable program.
o Technique development with vendors and designers to interpret upcoming trends and ideas. Educate
developers to the possibilities and limitations of all aspects of production including construction, embellishments and textiles.
o Responsible for all aspects of CPSIA, REACH, and PROP 65 testing and compliance certification.

Production/Sourcing Manager

o Oversee all aspects of Development on Mens, Juniors, Boys and Kids printable product (Tees, Fleece, Thermals, etc.) and Mens, Juniors, Boys, and Kids accessories (Caps, Belts, Bags, Headwear, etc.) Insure that
Design and Development stay on calendar and that delivery of proto samples, salesmen samples, and production meet designated deadlines.
o Negotiate and confirm all pricing in all products to achieve the company's goals for gross margin and profitability without taking away from the designer's vision or quality of product. Troubleshoot all possible
issues with large production runs.
o Maintain open and frequent communication with Merchandising, Design, Logistics, Sales and Buyers on all
issues related to quality, delivery and profit. Including travel to all facilities in US, Central America, Asia.
o Maintain blank inventory and forecast projection volume on all printable product. (Including but not limited to the Mens 6M plus basic tees program). Process includes working with planners and buyer on historical sales and projected plan for upcoming seasons. Positioning vendors to react to the quick turn requirements of key accounts
IE. Pac Sun, Buckle, and Tilly's, Macys, etc.
o Research and technique development with vendors and designers to interpret upcoming trends and ideas into
the Fox core customer. Coordinate the education of designers to the possibilities and limitations of all aspects of production including construction, embellishments and textiles.
