Managed all operations of the Yosemite Branch to ensure programs

are completed as scheduled within quality standards and cost
objectives.

during and post programs.
•   Fostered and maintained strong partnerships with all vendors and sponsors including The Clymb, Viator, Groupon, Gregory Backpacks
and Justin's Peanut Butter
•   Directly hired, trained and supervisor 35+ staff members each
season.
•   Responsible for scheduling department meetings, developing
agenda and staff schedule.
•   Managed all marketing functions from ideation to execution-
including blog content and newsletters, social media content and all
marketing campaigns.
•   Responsible for all client operations pre and post programs.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND MARKETING MANAGER

Facilitated youth backpacking summer camps and adventure based
outdoor education programs.
•   Developed Young Women's program- an all-female 13-day

backpacking trip aimed at instilling confidence and leadership skills
in the next generation of female adventurers
•   Guided clients of all ages on day trips and extended backpacking

trips throughout Yosemite.
•   Wilderness First Aid certified

Coordinated sales team by managing schedules, filing important
documents and communicating relevant information.
•   Researched new products, venues, activities and services for clients
•   Designed marketing pieces including newsletters, photo pages, web
design and social media.
•   Assisted (4) Sales Managers with site inspections, sales trips and presentations
•   Admin for entire San Diego Office.
