• Ensure that all activities are completed in a timely fashion and in accordance with prescribed quality standards.
• Maintain the security of transactions and operations in accordance with current policies, practices and standards. Execute international wire payment transactions.

BUSINESS ANALYST: STOCKS, OPTIONS AND FUTURES
• Responsible for the liaison between the member services (group representing the members of the exchange) and the development.
• Responsible for documenting the business needs of the users.
• Receive, analyse and document the system change requests
• Present the business requirements to the programmers and Directors
• Assist the programmers during the various phases of development
• Assist the users in testing the systems
• Co-ordinate the projects with the different departments and co-ordinate the  implementations

• Responsible for the proper booking and settlement of trades for 6 sales people, over 500 million dollars traded daily.

• Settlement for European and North American bond markets, UST, warrants, repos, money market trades (commercial paper, foreign exchange), otc options and promissory notes.
• Direct link between Global Operations and Sales people/Traders.  Liaison with operations  and treasury in London, New York and Tokyo.
• Handling of all trade discrepancies, cash payments, sending out trade confirmations, problem solving, compliance related issues, new account openings, client  and broker contact.
• Helping the sales force in selling commercial paper and French bonds to clients (offering prices).
• On going training and development of new tools in the London office. Cross training with operations; Bank of France Auctions and funding.
