A Communication Studies graduate with an emphasis in Organizational Communication. Email Marketing Manager

•Partnered with Marketing Team and Designers to develop email marketing strategy including funnel campaigns, drip email marketing campaigns, and ongoing email marketing, including promotional and educational content to segmented email lists.

•Designed and developed the layout, look and design of brand emails by independently executing in Mailchimp and Klaviyo with the support of in-house creative team. 

•Wrote and proofread emails for clarity, content, grammar, and spelling, plus ensure quality emails are sent consistently by thoroughly completing all QA — testing links, proofing with the team, attaching correct lists and checking renderings.

•Monitored and tracked all email metrics — direct sales revenue, KPIs, click-through and open rates, list growth and decline, etc. Report summaries, results, and recommendations to drive revenue and engagement.
