Achievements: 40% increase in sales and 20% in profit, with the same inventory level, to become the # 1 private label in the ladies’ apparel department. Also, create a new product development organization, with new recruitment, roles, responsibilities, process, and lead a sourcing strategy which included a Shanghai-China's office, to increase competitive product assortment and deliver high GMROI.

Lead and develop a team of qualified professionals, to manage an adequate sourcing strategy, a competitive product assortment with according lifecycle, and attractive pricing strategy, to successfully deliver business goals and financial plans of the Women's apparel department under my responsibility. By establishing the business strategies with a set of goals, to obtain high sales and high ROI, through an adequate merchandising plan, by OTB compliance and inventory control of a multi-brand department, with a wide range of products, locals and international.
Achievements: Growth of 52% in sales, improvement of 4 points percent in gross margin, and improvement on inventory turnover from 3 to 5 annually and ROI in 2 points.  Successfully developing a team of 8 buyers to become highly competitive and professional merchandisers.
