Marketing – Help run social media to provide an inside look to those interested in AU lacrosse, produce materials to sell camps, clinics, tickets, and AU lacrosse to prospective student athletes and fans. Recruiting – Evaluating prospective student athletes by traveling to the tournaments, showcases, high school games, tryouts, and other relevant recruiting opportunities during permissible recruiting periods, coordinate official and unofficial visits for prospective student athletes. Player Development – Provide mentorship to student athletes on and off the field, conduct individual and small group training sessions, break down film for team and individual sessions, build out practice plans based on the needs of the team, manage the offense during games and practices.

Marketing – Created, promoted and implemented lacrosse clinics to establish interest of youth lacrosse, create and distribute materials used to market 3d Lacrosse (i.e. click-dimensions, flyers, web pages), ran the Instagram account for the 3d Tri-State region. Finance – Created budgets for club teams and clinics and realized 35% profit. Management – Started and coached high school travel teams, built out practice plans using 3d Lacrosse methodology. Research – Interviewed key high school coaches and lacrosse influencers in the area to find out the viability of starting new lacrosse programs in the Bay Area (CA) and Tri-State regions (CT, NY, NJ).
