Director of Event Operations and Game Day

Logistics, Shipping & Operations

•	Manage all operational and game day procedures for the 2015 Summer Showcase Tour for the Arena Lacrosse League
•	Coordinate with twelve (12) different arenas to produce youth and adult camps and an Elite Showcase Game within eight (8) weeks
•	Work with each arena to orchestrate proper operational procedures based on the arena specifics: ingress, egress, locker room, production room, parking, etc.
•	Hire and oversee interns and volunteers. Manage interns to complete tasks with specific deadlines. Train interns and volunteers on proper game day event procedures
•	Analyze event performance and prepare metrics presentation 
•	In charge of PA announcement, music, scoreboard needs, and game scripts
•	Assist with setting up US payroll

Responsibilities:

•	Keep records, budgets, and accounting for the investment holdings from four different e-commerce business; including a startup for a sports industry research platform
•	Manage online e-commerce: including managing inventory entry, shipping, receiving, exchanges and using Quickbooks for AP/AR and reconcile statements
•	Assist with investment administration items- travel, taxes, accounting, and legal
