Careste is an early stage luxury women's clothing brand offering made to measure and made to order couture
garments. Direct report to the CEO to lead development and implementation of company's Stylist Program
launched in March 2019 with the goal to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
Operational activities included:
? Determine strategic direction with CEO and CFO to spearhead sales

Led planning for the lighting department of 6,000 SKU's and coordinated activities with the contract design team,
vendors and global logistics to meet the company's 2018 sales objectives of $196M in revenues.

? Re-sourced $2.4M of inventory
? Implemented tighter buying structure cutting $100M of inventory, saving $30-40M in operating costs
? Created business proposals and successfully negotiated lowered MOQ's on seasonal products

? Created and presented pre-season inventory plans that supported department level strategies, and developed collection and SKU level sales plans with supporting investment quantities and accurate flow

Merchandise Planner

Managed the product supply chain of 5,000+ SKU’s for 3 tabletop departments from initial order submission to
online and store allocations. Scheduled and tracked deliveries and receipt of incoming products for on time
replenishments and product launches. Worked with shipping forwarders to coordinate domestic and international
inbound shipments in compliance with all international import and export laws. Created merchandising and
inventory reports for seasonal development meetings. Proofed ecommerce and catalogue content against buy
plans and inventory levels to ensure maximum sales potential.
Additional activities included:
? Selected to take over the third merchandise planning assistant responsibilities for the Entertaining
department
? Owned preparing and presenting seasonal roll ups to department and division directors
