• Responsible for large scale strategic project, portfolio, and resource management system initiatives impacting 200+ leadership and staff resources globally. Design, develop, and implement Oracle based portfolio, project, and resource planning tools below based on input from 50+ stakeholders. System facilitates development of new products with a five year projected net present value of over $500 million US/ year in sales. Manage transformation plan and change management across all projects within the program. Program included the following projects: o Project Management Tool to incorporate lean sigma, AS9100 (ISO9001), and corporate standardization for cross-functional and global development activities through all phases of design. o Portfolio Management Tool to incorporate the capture and real time reporting to executive leadership of project status, financials, resources, and success factors for new product development projects within the business unit development pipeline. o Resource Management Tool designed to capture and manage rough cut resource and capacity planning for new product development for 100+ key resources. • Interact with senior leaders, corporate sponsors, and stakeholders in the organization to discuss strategic implementation, change management activities, milestones, barriers to success, and effectiveness of system. • Manage scope, resources, status, and validation throughout project stages. • Program Manager – Product Requalification as identified below

Manage re-qualification of products impacting ~$180 million US/year in sales for the business unit. Continual management of ~7 active projects in parallel. Coordinate activities with 30+ customers, suppliers, and cross-functional internal contributors. o Coordinate third party testing, submit to industry expert customer review boards, facilitate communications, and manage internal product and process improvement activities. o Interact with technical, marketing, and manufacturing key stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure strategic implementation of project activities, product improvements, achieve milestones, and manage risk. o Regular reporting of financial impact of activities and project status.

• Responsible for development of processes and systems to manage and conduct internal and external testing requests for material and product characterization and use. o Design, develop, and implement SharePoint system for 20+ technical, marketing, sales, and engineering staff members to manage project requests, status tracking, and results reporting. o Conduct testing and report on results internally and externally. o Manage development with a new customers of all required material specifications for a new platform (aircraft). Input based on customer, technical, marketing, and quality input of requirements. • Program Manager – Product Requalification as identified below.

• Responsible for new product development initiatives impacting 30+ development projects at various stages with a five year projected net present value of over $300 million US/year in sales. Coordinate efforts of 60+ representatives between cross functional teams, customers, and suppliers. o Design, develop and implement a SharePoint system for managing new product development portfolio. o Evaluate and re-engineer key process improvements to integrate lean-sigma and provide transparency. o Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, budget, and resources. o Facilitate project gate reviews at key stages of product development. (i.e. Development to Validation). • Program Manager – Product Requalification as identified below

• Manage AS9100 processes including management review, document and record control, design and development processes, corrective action management, training, and auditing. o Collaborate with 80+ cross-functional stakeholders representing technical, manufacturing, marketing and distribution to integrate process improvements. o Regular reports to leadership on status of system, corrective actions, projects, and audit results. • Senior Materials Engineer o Provide technical support to expanded 150+ global sales team members and customers for a $300 million US/year in sales business unit.

• Provide technical support to 75+ global sales team members and customers for a $200 million US/year business unit. Support included specification management, product communications, and facilitation of input from 30+ technical, manufacturing, marketing, and quality team members. o Review customer specifications to insure manufacturing, quality control, and product conformance. o Maintain and update internal, globally accessed web portal to provide specifications, bulletins, interactive training modules and other technical information to approved staff members. o Interfaced with research and technology chemists, manufacturing, quality, and marketing to design, create, and distribute technical literature to external customers.
