Assist in online and over the phone sales and general customer service inquiries specializing in high end
custom bicycles.
•	Responsible for submitting B2B purchase orders, store stocking and special orders for customers.
•	Use QuickBooks and BigCommerce to manage the status of orders, check inventory and find alternatives
for back-ordered items.
•	Assist with new product launches via social media and athlete relationships.

Sales and Customer Service

•	Design and creative marketing brand focused primarily on the endurance sports space.
•	Endorse and market sponsored product via social media and in-person relations.
•	Create brand merchandise for marketing purposes.
•	Work closely with partners to develop and design unique and multifaceted products.
•	Foster and create new relationships with brands and athletes via events and social media.
•	Work closely with young riders on navigating the cycling industry and sponsor relations.
