I graduated with a B.A. in Communications from UCSD in December of 2012. I currently am employed as a Regional Manager with IMS, a research firm that tracks architectural and engineering projects across the United States. I've come a long way in expanding my knowledge and skill set for this position. I'm currently the Regional Manager for New Jersey and I communicate with people from different agencies like cities, counties, and townships on a daily basis. This position also requires a great knowledge of the procurement process of publicly bid architectural and engineering projects. The other strength of my resume consists of spending 6 years as a Business and Facilities Manager/Operator for a family cabin rental business before attending college in San Diego. I try to emphasize this work experience in particular because I was submerged in the entirety of the business. I was involved and assisted in all aspects of our small business and understand the values and hard work that comes with operations. I'm a very independent person who values hard work, motivation, and ambition. I provide unbelievable communication skills and a willingness to do what is in the best interests of an employer.
