• Sourcing new Factories to work with. • Sending out all tech packs to the correct vendors to get samples in motion. • Gather MOQ & costing for all goods for the sales team. • Put together buys for both our E-commerce and FA flagship store. • Creating all new product in our ERP system and cutting PO's to send to vendors. • Once samples are received going over them with designers to make sure everything gets approved in a timely matter. • Follow up with vendors checking in on the status of all goods to make sure we hit all our necessary dates. • Once product is vendors are ready to ship. Working with our Freight Forwarders to get product delivered in the most timely and cost-efficient way.

2016 - January 2018 • Working with HUF 3PL warehouse in the Netherlands setting up all drop shipments, providing packing slips and commercial invoices for all incoming goods. • Invoicing all orders in Blue Cherry once shipped from 3PL. • Putting all incoming goods on shipments for the warehouse to receive in Blue Cherry. • Coordinating all deliveries with Pac Sun, Zumiez and Tilly's providing UCC 128 labels and invoicing all goods once shipped. • Following up with all vendors to make sure we are hitting our ship dates. • Getting Commercial Invoices and packing slips for all vendors once product has left their facility. • Working with warehouse scheduling delivery dates and making sure they have everything needed when the truck delivers.

• Locating all SKU's in WMS system. • Performing cycle counts daily and running reports and making necessary inventory adjustments to make sure inventory stayed as accurate as possible.

Working with vendors and the operations team scheduling deliveries to the warehouse, manually checking all product in and receiving into our WMS.
