•	Oversee day-to-day operations to support the growth and add to the bottom line of Fight Club OC “Boxing & MMA Series”. 
•	Focus on strategic planning and goal-setting, and direct the operations in support of its goals.
•	Formulate policies and strategic plans for future growth, and manage daily operations of personnel, administration and other departments.
•	Worked as the creative director and ensured everything works out as planned. 
•	In charge of online ticketing, season seats, sponsors, VIP suites, per show general admission tickets.
•	Responsible for insurance liaison, and show day operations (Setup/Strike - Staff & Task).
•	Prepare well-structured drafts using digital word processing and publishing platforms.
•	Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise company. Manage social media and promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares).
