Sales Rep and Service Manager

• Manage Ullman Sails service department including scheduling service projects, managing day-to-day operations of service personnel, and primary liaison for all customer service questions and inquiries
• Coordinate and complete new and used sail service including repairs and modifications ensuring timely completion of projects and excellent customer satisfaction
• Train new service employees, providing orientation of facilities, policies, and office procedures 
• Maintain work order database ensuring it is up-to-date, and delivery and installation of repairs and new sails is completed in a timely fashion
• Responsible for ordering, managing inventory, and maintaining all service equipment and materials 
• Sales representative responsible for closing all walk-in, phone order, and service customer sales
• Solicit business for sail purchases and service from new prospects as well as grow business from existing customer base
• Write news updates for the website and conduct seminars on a va
