Its business includes digital media management and graphic/web design for clients. • Planned, implemented and optimized all digital media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and Google+. • Conducted online market research & target consumer analysis via Facebook analytics and Google analytics. • Built monthly KPI Reports and dashboard to analyze and present campaign performance data to the executive team. • Wrote up to 10+ blog posts per week to improve brand image (Copywriting) and designed landing page for different clients. • Enhanced relationship with a key client (Blue Mountain Educations) and helped them acquire official approvals for their online course by the state of Minnesota (effectively communicated with regional courthouses and their judges).

Starcom is a media consulting agency. Services include media buying, marketing campaign planning, and market research etc. My work here was mostly related to ZESPRI International Ltd due to my past internship with that company. • Generated ZESPRI’s entire 2011 Ghost Festival promotional event schedule. • Designed ZESPRI’s print advertisement for Ghost Festival. The print ad was on Taiwan’s two most popular newspapers and two most popular weekly magazines. • Co-wrote ZESPRI’s slogan for various advertisements. The advertisements were aired nationwide in Taiwan. • Wrote the script for 3 of ZESPRI’s 6 YouTube commercials for promotional events. • Took research software classes at Nielsen; used the softwares to conduct market research for Dove and Samsung.

ZESPRI is the largest kiwifruit distributor in the world. The company is based in New Zealand but has offices all over Asia. Its kiwifruit sales holds over 80% market share in Asia. • Lead in ZESPRI’s 2010 ATL and BTL integrated online marketing campaign (Vital city Competition). 1000+ videos received. • Participated in TV commercial development and wrote the slogan. The commercial aired nationwide. • Created day-to-day contents for ZESPRI’s official facebook fanpage. • Wrote scripts for radio commercials and contents for news placement in print media (PR). • Contributed to Wellcome’s (largest supermarket chain in Taiwan, ZESPRI’s top-tier retailer) sales growth. The growth amassed over 500% and 101% in northern and southern regions of Taiwan, respectively. • Conducted primary market research by going around talking to consumers during outdoor events.
