•	Hand selected by the Regional Vice President to help launch the first ever Exotic Branch of the region
•	A regional role, I acted as an ambassador traveling to other branches to train employees on how to successfully create leads and referrals – presenting to single branches as well as area wide meetings with 60 plus employees
•	Increased branch fleet size by over 50% from an average of 12 cars to 32 cars within 4 months
