IT Support and QA Specialist

o Manage day to day hardware & software support for both corporate & retail users
         Including new hardware installation, SQL Database management, File Share management, AD user management and error solving of ERP Integrations and Workstations
o Manage Projects including Retail POS integrations, EDI implementation, B2B Sales platforms & E-Commerce integrations with ERP systems
         Including sourcing external suppliers, providing cost/benefit analysis of software, and end to end testing
o Work with domestic & international suppliers to develop new processes & integrate into ERP systems
o Ensure proper installation and daily operation of network hardware including cabling, servers, switches, and firewalls
o Coordinate support, integration & system maintenance with international coworkers  


I assisted the marketing and events team, as well as regional reps, at industry events around the Colorado area. Including set-up/tear down, running the booth, giveaways, and brand recognition activities. Additionally, I would help evaluate new products and provide feedback both to the engineering team and the customer service team. Finally, I helped promote brand identity through social media and at separate industry events.
