Prevent and reduce shortage/loss to the company through External/Internal apprehensions and Operational processes.
? Utilize Genetic Security Desk Cameras to monitor all Safe and Secure activities day to day
? Apprehend shoplifters and partner with local Law Enforcement during detainment of subjects
? Interview and terminate employees that cause a loss to the company
? Lead all safety meetings and initiatives as safety captain of the store
? As Leader on Duty, I oversee all store operations and employees
? Coach and train employees to ensure that our customers are getting the best experience possible
? Manage 5 employees on a day to day basis and over 100 employees during Leader on Duty shifts (2-3 times per week)

Three years of demonstrated work experience as a Bank Teller. Responsible for handling, processing and servicing of client's branch financial transactions in a prompt, efficient and accurate manner.
