I  have many years of experience in the footwear industry, and as a shoe fitting specialist.  Excelling in selling and fitting high quality shoes to satisfied customers feet. I have been working in the footwear industry for 6 and a half years, and I have over $2 million in footwear sales. In 2013, I was awarded top salesman of the year. I am extremely knowledgeable in the brands including, but not limited to: Alegria, Acorn, Asics, Arcopedico, Ahnu, Brooks, Birkenstock, Chaco, Clarks, Dansko, Dunham, ECCO, Emu, FRYE, Florsheim, Goodhew, Hafflinger, Hoka One One, Jambu, Johnston & Murphy, Kamik, Lowa, Merrell, Mizuno, Naot, New Balance, Oboz, On Running, Olukai, Oetzi, Pikolinos,  Patagonia, Remonte, Saucony, SAS, Saloman, Sperry, Teva, TOMS, UGG, Vionic, Wolky, Ziera, Z-Coil.  For the past four years I have been training to own and manage my own shoe store. This training has taught me the ins-and-outs of this industry, and I am very confident in sales and customer service.

Assistant Manager

Continuing the owner program at one of the busiest locations in the company. My duties include high sales, buying products for store, filling in products, payroll, scheduling, reconciling checkbook, paying local bills, local advertisements (digital and physical), training staff on product, and responsibility for proper customer service.  Posting invoices and credits, paying store taxes, completing daily register tasks, receiving and sending back freight, managing expenses, setting and making goals for profit.

My job description at first was selling shoes, and learning the basics of shoes and how they should fit.  As I continued working I was promoted to Assistant Manager where I was trained to receive stock, understand profit margins, expense reports, manage inventory dollars, clearance inventory, customer service, identifying customers needs and wants, and purchasing product for the store.
