High Sales Managing and training staff on product daily, weekly, and monthly reporting shipping and receiving freight

Continuing the owner program at one of the busiest locations in the company. My duties include high sales, buying products for store, filling in products, payroll, scheduling, reconciling checkbook, paying local bills, local advertisements (digital and physical), training staff on product, and responsibility for proper customer service. Posting invoices and credits, paying store taxes, completing daily register tasks, receiving and sending back freight, managing expenses, setting and making goals for profit.

My job description at first was selling shoes, and learning the basics of shoes and how they should fit. As I continued working I was promoted to Assistant Manager where I was trained to receive stock, understand profit margins, expense reports, manage inventory dollars, clearance inventory, customer service, identifying customers needs and wants, and purchasing product for the store.
