Product Development Engineer

Searching for a career that involves Mechanical Engineering and the activities I enjoy most in life, with the opportunity for further education and advancement.

Design CustomFIT, ExactFIT and new product prototyping/development using 3D printing, Exactflat and Onshape CAD software.  Long term projects include a faster reversible brushless pump with an adjustable timing function, PCB relay board, injection molding and higher flow aerator pump.  Reduced supply expenses for injection molding and outsourced goods.   Identifying and continuously implementing a lean manufacturing work environment by creating jigs for assembly.  Developed new processes and templates to reduce build times and defects.  Helped customers fulfill their needs and recommended products that will improve their watersports experience.  Sold retail products, goods and services to the customer.   


Tested and documented the physical performance of various building exterior products such as windows, doors, curtain walls, etc.   Primarily created testing standard reports for approximately 20 repeated clients and also worked with short term contracts.  Ensured all testing was performed to NFRC, ANSI, ASTM, and AAMA compliance standards.

Test Engineer

Worked with customers to understand custom packaging needs. Used Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD to design and build custom packaging needs.   Identified needs for part maintenance by working with external customers and provided solutions using Visual and Vault software.

Packaging Engineer

Worked in sales team to understand specific customer needs in order to implement the design and construction of tailor-made products using Autodesk Inventor.  Worked directly with clients to understand product needs and user acceptance criteria for a grill cart; designed and implemented manufacturing process of this product that is still part of CTech’s catalog today.

Engineer Internship

Used 2D models and products specifications to develop 3D models of Greenheck’s largest fan unit using Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and IronCAD. Acted a product liaison with manufacturing team to ensure product met technical specifications.
