I am an entrepreneurial and strategic thinker that has a track record of bringing value to brands with strategy, creativity and clear goal setting. 

I am a solutions orientated person that approaches challenges from a 'yes' mindset. I enjoy helping others achieve personal and collective goals with positive enforcement and by creating a path that allows them to walk confidently.

Responsible for the overall growth, operations and sales & marketing for the Spirit Jersey® line and associated designs. 

Reporting directly to the company President, I have overseen and led a team to achieve year on year triple digit growth and have played a key role in the formation and expansion of the Spirit Jersey® company which is a Sales & Marketing arm for Spirit Activewear in the licensed apparel market. 

I oversee 3 in house sales reps and over 25 regional independent reps across the country. 

Customers range from direct end consumers & small boutiques to online giant Fanatics and well known chains such as Barnes & Noble College Booksellers, Follett, Hibbett, Bobs, Dunhams, Lids and Sports Authority. We also have an online presence selling through our webstore www.spiritjersey.com 

We have worked to attain key licenses from CLC, Learfield Licensing (formally LRG and SMA), NFL Players Association, Major League Baseball Players and NFHS and GHSA programs alongside numerous independent licenses. 

All of our garments are produced 100% in the USA from our facility in Los Angeles, California.
