Core team member on CVS Health's digital team focused on retail mobile app product solutions for 10M+ customers. Responsible for digital strategy, product roadmap and go-to-market execution to map complex consumer needs with innovative digital solutions to help put people on their path to better health across the 7,700 retail stores, 800 MinuteClinics and our Specialty and Caremark PBM business. Angela transitioned from the Enterprise Product Innovation team, working on digital solutions to improve medication adherence for customers and members across retail and PBM. Prior to Product Innovation, Angela was a Pharmacy Marketing Manager leading national retail customer-facing initiatives such as ExtraCare Advantage for Diabetes and digital pharmacy programs including CVS.com prescription management and CVS/pharmacy mobile & tablet app to steward the CVS brand and drive growth for the retail business. Interfaced with Caremark and MinuteClinic business units and pharmacy operations for customer-centric marketing efforts.
