• Development and Implementation of Policies and procedures related to ITIL practices including organizational plans ensuring Business Development and Growth in Organization.

• Significantly involved in the Business Development, Delivery Management, Knowledge Management, Competence building and Solution offering development, Technical reviews, Financial Management and People Management.

Achievements:
• Successfully handled various Operational activities as the Lead for Cloud& Hosting, DDOS, Remote Infrastructure Management, Security and SIEM Services.

• Gained repeated business from existing customers.
• Achieved business from new service offering.

• Rolled out 3 new Services for UK and European market.

• Automation of Monthly customer review reports as part of IT Governance.

• Standardization of SOC/CXO Dashboard across customers as part of review with both internal as well external Senior Stake Holders.

• Rolled out 10 new MSS services.

• Gained sound exposure in aligning IT services as per Business Vertical like, BFSI, Energy, Retail, Travel & Hospitality and Pharmaceutical industries.

• Automation of all L1 jobs/activities through Epsilon tool as part of Productivity Enhancement and Human Error avoidance process.
