I am a warm and friendly, loyal, charmingly-confident and likeable
individual, of dual British-Danish nationality, who is looking for a full time/part time role
working with fashion retail. I have worked in various customer service-orientated roles,
mostly selling many types of luxury fashion and accessory products in the retail
industry. I enjoy working with, and serving, people from many nationalities and
backgrounds, who I share this planet with.

Duties: Going 'above and beyond' to attend to all my clients/customers' needs within the store, which is incredibly important when making a sale and creating an excellent
in-store shopping experience. Keeping up to date with the latest new styles and
updating customers and staff on the new events and stock coming into the store.
Observing our customers' shopping habits and using that information to work with best selling and poor performing products and then adapting the store to make sure
our sales figures were good. Motivating the team and making sure everyone is ready and feeling positive for the day ahead.

FASHION STYLIST/VISUAL MERCHANDISER

Duties: Running the changing rooms in the flagship store. Cleaning the shop floor.
Returning stock to the floor. Being vigilant and looking out for signs of stealing.
Assisting customers with sizes and offering my style input. Ensuring that the clothes are in good condition and look acceptable to be put back on the shop floor again.

SALES ASSISTANT

Duties: Making sure that my clients were getting the best of their experience.
Successfully managing my own customer accounts and informing my clients on the new items we had in store - in one week (Part-time) I achieved 35,500 DKR in sales.
Performing a personal shopping experience to my client base and creating good
relationships. This resulted in repeat business and loyal customers. Handling
complaints. Many customers were tourists, this helped with knowing how different
nationalities like to be acquainted to.

Store host - Marks and Spencer, bournemouth, uk -- (christmas temporary)

Duties: Greeting customers and explaining promotions. Demonstrating products in the homeware department and modelling clothes. Being a visible point of contact for
customers around the store assisting them with their needs, and successfully handling
complaints. Processing payments and ensuring the department that I was working on
that day, was tidy with products being neatly and effectively displayed.
