I’m a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer and wellness coach who’s equally at home behind a barbell or a brand kit. My work bridges multiple worlds—fitness, homeschool, and design—united by one mission: to help people (and brands) show up with clarity, confidence, and purpose. In the gym, I specialize in performance, nutrition, and sustainable habit change. I’ve been coaching for over a decade, and I love helping everyday athletes take ownership of their health and unlock their potential through education, accountability, and movement. On the creative side, I’m a graphic and multimedia artist who builds brand identities that feel special—strategic, intentional, and visually aligned. I offer logo design, brand kits, and full identity kits for small businesses and like-minded individuals. As a full-time mom, I understand what it means to juggle priorities and stay grounded in what matters. Whether I’m coaching a class, designing a brand, or creating an art project for my 4 year old, I lead with empathy, strategy, and a drive to make things better for the people I get to work with.

At Studio Bernina, many sewing and design courses are available to the public.  I am an instructor for multiple courses such as how to make a Gumdrop Pillow, Fashion Illustration, Draping, Holiday Stockings and more.  We love offering new and improved classes and always have fun creating and learning in a group setting.
