• Thorough knowledge of the authentication process, quality control verification steps (i.e. SKU, Size, Shoe condition, etc.), and proper factory resetting of each order before shipment or inventory storage.
• Extreme attention to detail throughout all aspects of daily work.
• Vast knowledge of GOAT admin systems and all GOAT product/order statuses.
• Company-wide correspondence with various departments and various locations across the USA to ensure company/team efficiency for our overall goal of keeping a happy and thriving marketplace.
