Teach a range of customers SUP instruction and promote enthusiasm for the sport. Recommend appropriate BIC SUP boards for interested students and educate them on the differences of the range of boards offered. Increase sales conversion rate of Outdoor Discovery School customers in equipment. Demonstrate a safe and inclusive environment for all participants and inspire them with enthusiasm to continue SUP. Increase participation by providing exemplary service and receiving numerous positive online reviews to L.L. Bean.

Provided all aspects of client service – meeting with clients to develop campaigns, budgets and marketing programs, writing client/advertising briefs and managing all aspects of advertising/sponsorship programs for Pepsico. Manage and develop strategic retail marketing programs for national and local accounts from the Pepsico Northeast Business Unit Headquarters office. Work closely with Pepsi Field Marketing Director, Marketing Managers and Key Account Sales Managers to develop local brand strategies and account specific promotions/sweepstakes to gain incremental display space and drive sales for top accounts. Manage national media partners in the development of promotional radio merchandising programs to support key marketing initiatives. Launch new brands and provide media recommendation and activation plan with radio, outdoor and digital partners. Serve as strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients. Understand clients’ business and business issues to drive effective solutions.
